Environmental Director/Housekeeping & Laundry Director - back to top
The Environmental Director is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the facility & assures Department functions meet Federal & State regulation standards. Assures Department operates within the established policies & procedures of the HSKP Department & of the facility. Plans & directs the functions of the Laundry Department. Effectively communicates department tasks to the department upon interacting with resident, family members & staff. Experience in an institutional stetting preferred. Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - back to top
Certified Nurse Aide must be certified in the state of TENNESSEE or other transferrable state and not listed on the abuse registry. CNA, under the general supervision of a licensed nurse, is responsible for providing all activities of daily living according to resident needs as outlined in plan of care. Staff Nurse (RN or LPN) - back to top
Nurse must be licensed in the state of TENNESSEE or other compact state and not listed on the abuse registry. Nurse is responsible for directing and supervising personnel on assigned unit and care of residents. Participates in shift to shift reporting of resident status, performs assessment rounds, communicates with physicians and pharmacy regarding resident care needs/changes, family relations, documentation of resident care and other duties as assigned. Nursing Shift Supervisor (RN or LPN) - back to top
Nurse must be licensed in the state of TENNESSEE or other compact state and not listed on the abuse registry. Shift Supervisor is responsible for coordinating residents’ nursing care during the designated shift and coordinating staffing during this shift. Oversees staff nurses to insure resident care and medical status is communicated with nursing as well as other appropriate department staff, physicians, pharmacy, designated family members and ultimately the Director of Nursing. Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting Maintenance Director in maintenance duties to include but not limited to interior maintenance as well as exterior maintenance. Duties include remodeling projects, i.e. drywall, painting, wallpapering, framing, plumbing, floor coverings, electrical, carpentry, landscaping and maintenance of work tools. Housekeeping Aide is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the assigned work area. Work areas include resident units, public areas and offices. Maintains a safe environment by insuring wet floor signs are promptly and properly placed and notifying supervisor of situations requiring maintenance in all assigned work areas. Laundry Aide is responsible for laundering linens and garments. Regulates flow of work to insure adequate supplies of clean linens for the facility. Dietary Cook - back to top
Full-time morning position with rotating schedule to include weekends. $8 hour plus experience pay. Benefits package available. MUST have experience in an institutional setting with food service. Only experienced cooks apply. Additional regulatory training will be provided. Two forms of ID required (an unexpired photo ID and ID confirming social security number) for consideration of employment. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
Dietary Aide - back to top
Dietary Aide is responsible in aiding the Cook in insuring meals are prepared and served in a timely manner and in accordance with facility policies, physician orders, resident care plans, appropriate regulations and the recommendations of a Registered Dietitian. Duties include food prep, tray and tray line set up, dining room and dish room set up and break down, cleaning and sanitation of all areas in the dietary department. Other duties as assigned. Activity Assistant is responsible for promoting the physical, mental and psychosocial wellbeing of each and every resident at the facility. Assists in planning, organizing and implementing activity sessions. Visits newly admitted residents and encourages all residents to participate in individual and/or group activities or both. Executive Chef is responsible in providing quality meals served in a timely manner based on the requirements of the State of TN & Federal Food Codes. Executive Chef assists Dietary Director with overall Supervision of functions of the Dietary Department to include inventory, food preparation, safety, sanitation, staff direction & supervision, communication with other departments & insuring customer satisfaction from residents.
